Editorial and print

A magazine about Anjos, the neighborhood I live in. The color palette comes from the fossil shells inside Lisbon’s limestone. Most readers won’t notice. That’s fine.

What I bring from before

Clients and briefs

Ten years delivering for banks, telecoms, media, a charity, a cruise line and the public sector. I’ve run the workshops, written the requirements and sat through the feedback rounds. I am comfortable with dealing with clients.

Testing with people

I designed and ran usability tests. I’ve also A/B tested sales flows. I’d rather watch someone use a thing than guess.

What’s under the screen

I’ve set up CRM systems, customer journeys, email templates and HTML campaigns, working between developers and content owners. When I design something, I know what has to be built behind it.

Designer & Marketing Technology Consultant

Belej Data & Design · Freelance, Lisbon

Consulting and design for agencies and brands, alongside design school. Clients include the real estate arm of a bank, a business school, a car business, a climate nonprofit and a shipping association. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe and HubSpot. Hands-on CRM and automation builds, plus the design that lives inside them: on-brand email and campaign templates, HTML email, and UX for the flows customers actually touch.

Marketing intern

My first design work, at a Slovak designer brand. I learned vectors in Illustrator, silk-screen printed a lot of fabric, and helped with production, web content and social. My thesis was an online marketing analysis for the brand.
